Port Shipment
Heist SPECULATEDPort Gellhorn, Vice City
Intercept a container of firearms before it clears customs.
A single 40-foot container, shipped out of an obscure Central American port under a forged manifest, is sitting in a stack at Port Gellhorn waiting for a customs inspection that absolutely cannot be allowed to happen. The mission plays out as a multi-stage infiltration: scout the yard to find the right container among hundreds, cut the CCTV feed to buy a working window, then actually break the seal and move the cargo before the next patrol loop. Everything about it can go quiet or loud depending on how the player approaches it, and stealth rewards pay out better than a gunfight ever will.
