First Wheels

Main Story SPECULATED

Vice Dale neighborhood

Jason and Lucia need reliable transportation — time to acquire a set of wheels through less-than-legal means.

Public transit in Vice City is a joke, rideshares leave a digital footprint, and walking everywhere is a good way to get heatstroke or shot — sometimes both. 'First Wheels' is the practical follow-up to your early exploits, tasking Jason with finding a car that can serve as your daily driver for the foreseeable future. The mission introduces the vehicle theft system in detail: you'll need to assess targets based on accessibility, condition, and how likely the owner is to start shooting. A beat-up sedan parked outside a bar is easy pickings; the sports car in the gated driveway is a different conversation. Once you've made your selection and broken in, a short drive to the Vice Dale Garage introduces the vehicle storage system, letting you claim the car as your own. It's a simple mission, but it establishes one of GTA VI's core loops — see something you want, take it, and deal with the consequences.

OBJECTIVES

1 Scout the Vice Dale neighborhood for a suitable vehicle
2 Steal the targeted car without attracting police attention
