Detective Marten has been three steps behind Lucia for half the game, and it's time to turn around. The mission opens with a long tail through Vice City traffic, transitions into an off-duty stakeout, and culminates in a brutal confrontation in an empty parking garage. The decision at the end — kill him, expose him, or let him go — reverberates through the endgame wanted-level system.
