A double-wide with peeling vinyl siding, set on a half-acre leased lot at the end of a long gravel drive in Kelly County. The interior is surprisingly livable: a small living room, two bedrooms, a functional kitchen, and a window AC unit that actually works. The real value is outside — a covered carport big enough for one vehicle, a propane grill, and a makeshift shooting backstop built from sandbags and old tires at the back of the lot, where the pasture keeps going until it runs into a tree line a quarter mile away. A concrete storm shelter half-buried in the yard is rated for tornadoes and also makes an excellent place to store things you don't want found.
