A four-vehicle cartel convoy blasts past at ninety miles an hour on I-87, and the player has about eight seconds to decide whether they're curious enough to follow. Tailing them leads to a remote meeting site; engaging turns into a multi-vehicle firefight; observing and reporting to the right contact pays out in intelligence value rather than immediate cash.
